JRE was founded by two partners who each made the move our clients make — building a life, a business and a portfolio in Dubai. Jochem leads the firm, and Naji, our Emirati partner, opens the doors that only genuine local roots can.
We are entrepreneurs and investors first. We put our own capital to work in Dubai real estate, developments and businesses — and we stay involved long after a purchase. Advisory is simply how we share what we have built.
Between Amsterdam and Dubai, the three of us combine European standards, on-the-ground execution and real local access — so our clients have one trusted partner for investing, relocating and growing in the UAE.
